McKinsey Financial Consulting – Egyptian Joint Stock Company was established as an independent financial advisor, licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to provide financial advisory services related to securities.
The company is registered in the FRA’s official register of licensed financial advisory firms under License No. 705, in accordance with the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations, and based on the approval of the Company Establishment Committee at the FRA.
Since its establishment, the company has been committed to delivering high-quality financial advisory services related to securities, becoming one of the leading firms in the field of financial and investment consulting in Egypt.
Our services include conducting corporate restructuring studies, providing advisory services for company formation and expansion, and offering comprehensive financial and investment consultancy to support clients across both local markets and the Middle East region.
